Regardless of whether you're an engineer, project manager, or technician, there is always new knowledge to gain and thrilling challenges to face. Collaboration is fundamental to our work, and our team flourishes thanks to the distinct perspectives and expertise each member contributes.

Each day at Powercomm Group brings variety; you might find yourself engaged in projects such as battery storage plants, wind or solar farms, data centres, or high-voltage substation installations supporting the national electrical transmission and distribution networks.

Work across different departments

The Graduate Programme spans two years, during which graduates will gain valuable experience in the Commissioning, Design, and Project Engineering Departments. This structure ensures a comprehensive understanding of the organisation and the Medium to High Voltage industry.

Mentoring 

The graduates will receive mentorship from experienced engineers throughout the two-year programme as they pursue their career paths.

Development
